law and real estate for over fifty years, and is widely acknowledged
as the forefather of living trusts in upstate New York. Likewise,
David Murphy has been practicing for nearly thirty years and has
handled all kinds of civil and criminal cases, including personal

our clients' calls. Every letter we send has the same ending: "If

the machinery of the judicial system causes delays beyond our control,
but we strive to minimize them. In order to provide this level of
service, we cannot agree to represent everyone. Those that we decline
